The Hershey Bears scored three times in the final frame of a 7-4 victory over the slumping Binghamton Senators on Saturday night.  The B-Sens have now lost seven games in a row.

Hershey led 2-1 after the first period after scoring just 1:20 in on the powerplay and with less than three minutes left in the frame.  Binghamton scored shorthanded off the stick of Mark Stone.

The Sens and Hershey scored five goals between them in the second period which saw the teams all knotted at 4. Danny New scored his first of the season and Cole Schneider added two-straight powerplay goals for Binghamton who had a brief 4-3 lead.  Hershey tied is late in the second and then scored the three goals in the third for the win.

The game was marred by 143 combined penalty minutes for the squads.  Sens goalie Andrew Hammond took the loss allowing seven goals on 41 shots.

Binghamton looks to snap this season-high losing streak when they travel to Syracuse on Friday.  The B-Sens have had success against the Crunch this season.  Binghamton returns to home ice on Saturday to face the Albany Devils.
