The Binghamton Bearcats womens' basketball team visited Stony Brook January 25 for a contest against the Seawolves.

Stony Brook is 3-3 while the Bearcats are 2-4 in America East competition.  Binghamton leads the overall series 20-14 and holds a 15-12 edge in games played while members of America East.  The Seawolves won both meetings last season.

Heading into the game BU is led by freshmen Imani Watkins and Jasmine Sina.  Watkins is averaging 15.6 points per game while Sina is right behind with a 14.9 points per game average.  Sabre Proctor leads the Seawolves offense averaging 15.6 points per game.

In Stony Brook's last game played on Thursday night the Seawolves downed UMass Lowell 64-60.  Binghamton's last game was played January 19 in Maine. The Black Bears won 70-48.
