In his fist home game since injuring his knee last year, Derrick Rose was the hero for the when he hit a baseline floater with six-seconds left to lift his Chicago Bulls to an 82-81 victory over the New York Knicks.

New York went up by one with 10 seconds left on a free-throw from Tyson Chandler before Rose, who finished with 18 points on the night, made his clutch shot.  Carmelo Anthony missed a final desperation shot at the buzzer to seal the win for the Bulls.

Anthony led the Knicks with 22 points.  Tim Hardaway Jr and Raymond Felton were the only other two players in double-digits.

The Knicks host the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday.
