The L.A. Dodgers are the first team to advance to the League Championship series.  They defeated the Atlanta Braves 4-3 on Monday night.

Carl Crawford had two homeruns on the evening but it was Juan Uribe's two-run blast in the bottom of the eight that put the Dodgers ahead for good and punched their ticket to the NLCS.

The game was tied 2-2 until the top of the eighth inning when Jose Constanza's RBI single put the Braves ahead.  The lead didn't last long before Uribe's heroics.

The Dodgers will face either Pittsburgh or St. Louis for the NL Pennant.
