The New York Giants were able to overcome giving the Oakland Raiders 17 first half points on turnovers, and walk away with the 24-20 victory on Sunday.

Terrell Thomas was able to pick off Oakland QB Terrelle Prior in the 3rd quarter and run the ball 65 yards to set up a one-yard TD run by teammate Andre Brown.  Brown was playing in his first game of the season.

Rueben Randle also scored for the Giants on a 5-yard touchdown pass from Eli Manning.  Cooper Taylor scored on a 21-yard return of a blocked punt.

The Giants were able to keep their defensive momentum going and picked up their third straight victory to keep their season alive.

The Giants are now 3-6 and will face the Green Bay Packers on Sunday in the Meadowlands.
