Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson aggravated his sprained left knee on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins, but refused to leave the game and was instrumental in the Bills defeat of the Dolphins.

Jackson scored a touchdown in Sunday's contest and was they key player in setting up a 31-yard field goal to secure the Bills' 23-21 victory.  Jackson gained much needed yardage to give kicker Dan Carpenter a chance.

Jackson says his knee is sore but he plans to play on Sunday when the Bills head to New Orleans to take on the 5-1 Saints.
