The New York Jets and the Buffalo Bills were defeated handily in their respective week 8 games.

The 6-2 Cincinnati Bengals easily took care of the Jets 49-9 on Sunday.  The Bengals' Andy Dalton threw for 5 touchdown passes.  Marvin Jones was the recipient of four of those passes.

Jets rookie QB Geno Smith threw two interceptions that were returned for touchdowns.

In New Orleans, the Saints crushed the Bills 35-17 behind Drew Brees' five touchdown passes.  Rookie Saints' receiver Kenny Stills scored two touchdowns.

Buffalo's quarterback Thad Lewis was intercepted once and sacked four times.  He also lost two fumbles.

The Bills are now 3-5 on the season and the Jets are 4-4.  Buffalo will take on the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs in Orchard Park on Sunday while the Jets will host the New Orleans Saints.
