The New York Knicks held a 25 point lead over the Milwaukee Bucks on Wednesday evening, the season-opener for both teams, but ended up losing that lead before eventually putting the Bucks away 90-83.

Carmelo Anthony scored 19 and had 10 rebounds in the game.  Anthony also scored a pair of buckets late to put the Knicks ahead after blowing their large lead.  After cruising for the majority of the game, the Knicks found themselves trailing with under three minutes to play. New York closed out the game on a 10-2 run to seal their sixth straight victory over the Bucks.

Raymond Felton added 18 points and Iman Shumpert had 16.  The Bucks were lead by Gary Neal and Caron Butler who had 16 and 14 points respectively.

The Knicks now head out to Chicago to take on the Bulls Thursday night.
