Amare Stoudemire and J.R. Smith both had off-season knee surgery leaving many wondering if the Knicks will have enough offensive firepower to start the season.  Smith also faces a five game suspension for violating the NBA's drug policy.  Neither will be ready for opening day.

The duo were the two best bench players for the Knicks last year, scoring on average 32 points per game between them.

League scoring champion and teammate Carmelo Anthony says that the team will be fine because they have enough guys who can score.  The Knicks won 54 games last season.

The Knicks kick off their 2013-2014 campaign versus the Bucks at MSG on October 30th.
