For the Bearcats, Kai Moon continued her hot shooting with 12 points on five of nine shooting from the field. Kaylee Wasco contributed eight first-half points and Denai Bowman chipped in six points. BU led 35-28 going into halftime.
In the second half, Niagara's Maggie McIntyre and Jai Moore finished the game with 13 points each. Morgan Baughman put up nine points, and Jordan Edwards tallied six points. The team managed to score 55 points in total.
This was not enough to stop BU as Kai Moon finishes the game with 25 points on 43 percent shooting. Kaylee Wasco scored 17 points with four rebounds and Denai Bowman had 13 points while grabbing six rebounds. As a team, they scored 74 points, securing the win by a final score of 74-55.
