Candor Man Faces Long List of Charges Following Police Pursuit
Tioga County Sheriff’s officials say a Candor man is facing a long list of charges after allegedly trying to outrun Deputies.
Authorities say they attempted to pull over 25-year-old Brandon Swansbrough at 9:05 p.m. August 25 when he failed to yield to emergency vehicles and tried to flee.
Deputies say Swansborough has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, speeding, driving left of pavement markings, unlawfully fleeing an officer, no license plate, driving with a suspended registration, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance, improper or switched license plates, driving without a license, reckless driving, no plate lamps, illegal tire, crossing over hazard markings and failure to yield to emergency vehicles.
He was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $10,000 bail.
