‘Hockey Fights Cancer’ Night With the Binghamton Devils
The family is coming to town to visit for Thanksgiving. You've enjoyed time with them in your home and now you want them out. Do what I'm going to do and take them out to a hockey game.
The Binghamton Devils are home again this weekend and I'm looking forward to taking my relatives to see them in action. The Belleville Senators are coming to the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena on Friday night.
The Devils are celebrating "Black Friday" with the Oakdale Mall. If you shop at the Mall on Friday, you can get a voucher for a discount ticket to the game. College students can get $10 tickets and a FREE drink or slider at Craft after the game.
Saturday is Hockey Fights Cancer at the Floyd when the Syracuse Crunch comes to town. All who are battling or who have battled cancer can get a FREE ticket to the game.
Everyone is encouraged to wear lavender to the game in support of the fight against cancer and there will be a Survivors Lap during the first intermission. Everyone else can get a discount ticket with $2 going to the American Cancer Society here.
Get to the game early on Saturday for live music with the Ruffo Brothers from 6 to 7 p.m. with beer specials between sections 19 and 20.
Face-off is at 7:05 p.m. both nights. I'll be doing Chuck-a-Puck between the 2nd and 3rd periods and I'm hoping to bring my relatives on the ice with me on Friday.
LET'S GO DEVILS!!!
