One Smooth Man! Walt “Clyde” Frazier: A Fashion Icon in His Suits
New York Knicks legend and broadcaster, Walt "Clyde" Frazier was the featured speaker for the 7th annual Greater Binghamton Sports Hall of Fame Induction Dinner. I can tell you one thing, that man knows how to dress.
I told him that my daughter, Tara has the same fashion sense as him and we LOVE it. Frazier asked where my daughter was because he would like to compare but she was unavailable.
Frazier had a lot of good things to say including encouraging our kids and not giving them everything. He also talked about teamwork and how the first NBA game that he saw was the one that he played in.
There are not enough oooooo's in smooth to describe Frazier especially when it comes to the way he dresses. It's believed that during his playing days, he would go into a local clothes store and find the clothing that wasn't really selling and no one was wearing.
He would then purchase the clothing and give it to his personal designer and he would make something out of it. Walt Frazier has become a fashion icon for the suits that he wears after he retired from his NBA career and began broadcasting.
