It's easy to get excited about The Bills when they're winning.  It's been awhile since they were 3-0.  A lot has happened since then.

The last time they started 3-0 didn't actually end all that well.  They actually finished the year 6-10.  The year was 2011.  It doesn't seem that long ago, but look at how much is different!

The last time the Bills were 3-0

Their coach was Chan Gailey, Buddy Nix was the GM, and Ralph Wilson was still alive.  They just came off a win 34-31 against the Chiefs, Raiders, and…Patriots!!

Jake Owen was #1 with “Barefoot Blue Jean Night” and Rodney Atkins “Take A Back Road” was rising.

Josh Allen wasn’t even driving yet.  He had just turned 14 in May.

That’s the last time the Bills had a quarterback that completed the entire 16 game season.

Terry Pegula had just bought The Buffalo Sabres.  He had nothing to do with the Bills yet.

The WYRK Fall Acoustic Show had a lineup of Jerrod Niemann, Brett Eldredge, Craig Campbell

We were still pumped over our Taste of Country 2011 Lineup:  Josh Turner, Easton Corbin, Chris Young, Josh Thompson, and Chuck Wicks.

Most of the world hadn’t heard of Luke Combs yet…he was still at school at Appalachian State.

The NBA was in a lockout.  The ongoing labor dispute forced the NBA to cancel the first 43 preseason games of the 2011–12 NBA season.

Taylor Swift was still country.  As a matter of fact, she was the ACM and CMA Entertainer of the Year that year.
